I am a full‑time Broker Associate serving Austin, Georgetown, Hutto, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Manor, Cedar Park, Leander, and the greater Central Texas region. Over 45 successful transactions later, the focus has stayed the same: protect your interests, explain the “why” behind every decision, and treat your purchase or sale with the same care as if it were my own.

As Austin’s first real estate broker of Nepali origin, I understand how culture, family, and long‑term planning shape real estate choices—especially for immigrant and first‑generation households. A large part of my work is with the Asian and Nepali diaspora and communities, who have historically had less access to clear real estate information. Trilingual service in English, Nepali, and Hindi helps bridge gaps so your family can ask questions comfortably and make decisions together.

What I Do

My background includes years of transaction experience plus the added responsibility of broker‑level training and supervision. In practical terms, that means you get support on pricing, contracts, timelines, negotiations, appraisal issues, inspection risks, and all the moving parts that can derail a deal if no one is paying attention.

I also serve as Co‑Chair of the Advocacy Committee for the Greater Austin Asian Chamber of Commerce and as a founding trustee of the Greater Austin Nepali Society. Advocacy work keeps me close to policy conversations around fair housing, access to opportunity, and small‑business ownership, and that shows up in your transaction as transparency, realism, and a focus on long‑term wealth building.
